Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using File Tunnel ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

File Tunnel is a real-time file transfer relay. The sender uploads file chunks over a WebSocket tunnel; the Service forwards them to connected receivers without persisting file content to disk. Transfer codes are valid for a limited time (default 12 hours).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to send, request, or attempt to send:

• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Malware, viruses, worms, or other harmful code
• Content that violates applicable laws (e.g., child sexual abuse material, content that incites violence, harassment, or illegal activity)
• Personal data of others without lawful basis or consent
• Spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Content that interferes with the operation of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to anyone violating these rules, without prior notice.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that transfers will be uninterrupted, error-free, or successfully completed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or business — arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the files you transfer and for sharing transfer codes only with intended recipients. Anyone holding a transfer code within the validity window can connect as a receiver.

7. Paid Plans

Certain features may require a paid plan, processed via LemonSqueezy. Refunds and billing inquiries are handled per the policy presented at checkout. The Service may modify available plans or pricing.

8. Service Changes and Termination

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third parties (Google Analytics, Google Identity Services, Google AdSense, LemonSqueezy). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
