We aim to respond within a few business days. Please include relevant details (transfer code, browser, OS) if you're reporting an issue.

Use the same email above, or open an issue on our public repository once it is published. When reporting a bug, please describe:

What you were trying to do
What happened instead
Browser and OS
Approximate timestamp (so we can correlate logs)

Abuse and copyright

If you believe someone is using File Tunnel to send abusive, copyrighted, or illegal content, please email ssin6505@gmail.com with the transfer code (if known) and a brief description. We do not store file content but we can disable transfer codes and revoke access for repeat offenders.

Privacy requests

To exercise rights regarding your account data (access, correction, deletion), email us from the address associated with your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
